PEARS IN GIN

For this jam, the pear used is of the thigh variety, september. A crisp, fragrant pear with two different colored faces, green and pink. But the faces of the product are many more. You discover them when you feel on your tongue that the processing has left intact the different textures of the parts of the fruit, enriching them with an intense olfactory component, the child of a gin of excellence with Etna's pedigree .

Starting with the aroma, the sensations are intense and allow the pairings to be pushed into less usual frontiers. Brie or Camembert will come out enhanced. Aged cheeses will acquire softness on the palate. Cold cuts with intense flavors will not be covered but, on the contrary, enlivened by botanical complexity. It is not foolish to forgo any pairing to enjoy it in all its easy complexity.
